QA (Quality Assurance)

Quality Assurance (QA) is a systematic process and set of activities that ensure a product or service meets predefined quality standards and requirements. QA activities include testing, process improvement, and quality control to identify and resolve defects and deviations.

For example, in software development, QA engineers test applications to identify and report bugs, verify that features meet specifications, and ensure the software functions correctly. QA contributes to the overall quality and reliability of the product.
