How G7FX crafted a seamless Discord community experience
About this project
G7FX reached out to Imaginary Cloud to develop an automation agent that streamlined access to a Discord community and enabled direct interaction between students and mentors. We built it through our Agile development process.
Result: Minimised human errors and substantially improved accuracy, a notable leap forward in managing Discord access seamlessly.

G7FX was born out of Vadera's passion for teaching and a mission to address the gaps in traditional trading education. The platform offers modules personally curated by Vadera, mirroring his own training in esteemed institutions. As a seasoned trader, Vadera imparts practical insights, ensuring learners gain tangible skills instead of mere promises.
G7FX's structured curriculum guides learners through a logical progression of knowledge acquisition.
The Foundation Course, spanning months 1-3, covers fundamental concepts like Depth of Market and orderflow. Months 3-6 introduce advanced topics such as VWAP and Profile, culminating in a simulation period from months 6-9. Successful completion opens doors for learners to forge their own trading careers.
Imaginary Cloud was responsible for both the development and the project management which allowed us to apply and fulfill a holistic approach to the project. We were able to address technical challenges while also keeping the project on track.We implemented gated access to the community through various subscription levels processed via Stripe, Paypal, and ClickFunnels for flexibility. Integration with these payment gateways ensures secure transactions and automated access handling based on subscription status. Subscribers gain access upon payment, while cancellations or expirations automatically revoke access.The updated system provides G7FX personnel full control over the Internal Dashboard and data, utilising modern technologies, a revamped backend architecture, and clean code for improved efficiency and easier maintenance/upgrades.

It is a statically typed superset of JavaScript that enhances the robustness and security of the code.
An efficient and lightweight runtime environment that facilitated fast and responsive web application development.
Since G7FX was looking for high technical expertise, we followed the Managed Project working model, which included our product-oriented Project Manager and a full-stack development team.
Project Manager: Responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish, coordinating team efforts, managing timelines, and ensuring effective communication. They identify and mitigate risks, and make decisions to overcome challenges.
Full-stack Developers: Responsible for both front-end and back-end development. They code and build web applications, manage the entire technology stack, and design user interfaces for optimal user experience. They conduct testing, and stay adaptable to emerging technologies, contributing to efficient and seamless project development.
This project delivered an in-depth understanding of the customer persona and their interaction with the service.
Achieved successful Automation of the process for granting access to the Discord community.
Decreased the number of Human Interactions required for access tasks from two people to a single automated bot.
Significantly reduced the occurrence of Human Error in access-granting processes, enhancing overall accuracy and efficiency.
